Sainsburys Skills and Opportunities commitments:
Apprenticeships: At least 75 per cent of our colleagues on an apprenticeship will successfully complete their programme, ahead of nationally reported apprenticeship completion rates.
Leading@Sainsbury’s: 70 per cent of colleagues who are on our Leading@Sainsbury’s development cohorts will be promoted within 9 months of completion of their programme.
